A lot of people have been having trouble with the translator, because their computers somehow can't open .jar files. So I've released platform-specific versions in other formats and here they are:
Universal Java: https://sites.google.com/site/shermansplanet/storage/Gallifreyan.zip?attredirects=0&d=1
Linux: https://sites.google.com/site/shermansplanet/storage/Gallifreyan%20%28Linux%29.zip?attredirects=0&d=1
Mac: https://sites.google.com/site/shermansplanet/storage/Gallifreyan%20%28Mac%29.zip?attredirects=0&d=1
Windows: https://sites.google.com/site/shermansplanet/storage/Gallifreyan%20%28Windows%29.zip?attredirects=0&d=1
So there's a new number system, and I updated the guide: https://sites.google.com/site/shermansplanet/storage/Gallifreyan.pdf?attredirects=0&d=1
Also, the Gallifreyan project has a tumblr: http://hatguy.tumblr.com/
First off, let me say how impressed I am at the activity here; this has gone so far beyond what I ever imagined it would. Second, I'd like to acknowledge that the number system is rather cumbersome and convoluted, and I only made it that way so that it fit the pattern on the Doctor's crib. But in the opinion of many I've talked to, that's not worth the trouble. So what do you say? New and more intuitive number system, or stick with the current one?
